Vocational Supports

Transitional Employment (School to Work) provides prevocational and work-study services for students at least 16 years of age through The Arc's vocational training program, Glen Industries.

Prevocational services prepare individuals for the work environment and for the social relationships that the workplace demands.

Work Activities Center provides paid employment and vocational training services for individuals who need a little extra support before moving forward and applying for community job placement and/or supported employment.

Supported Employment provides staff and/or material support for a person to obtain or retain employment in an integrated setting.

Community Job Placement assists individuals in finding and getting a job in the community.
