Employees are provided with paid training opportunities on a regular basis, because we feel continuous education is important to our employees’ professional development. In addition to critical classroom training, employees receive on-the-job training from their direct supervisors. Additional online career education opportunities are offered to employees. The skills acquired at The Arc can transfer to career opportunities throughout New York State and across the country. The Arc of Schuyler is just one of 57 chapters of NYSARC, Inc.a state-wide organization dedicated to serving people with disabilities and their families.
