Self-advocate and member of The Arc’s national board, Kurt Rutzen is featured on the cover of Apostrophe Magazine and profiled in the pages of the Winter 2012 issue. In 2011, Kurt Rutzen testified in front of members of the Minnesota legislature. In his powerful “I’ll never be a rich man,” Rutzen explains that while he will never be a rich man because of his cerebral palsy, he is the wealthiest man in the world thanks to his loving friends and family.
