The Arc of Schuyler is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace and to promoting the health and well-being of its employees. In addition our agency has a responsibility to provide a safe and healthy living environment for individuals with developmental disabilities who use our supports and services. Therefore we have made a commitment to provide surroundings and resources that model behavior that discourages the use of all tobacco products. Effective January 1, 2010, The Arc of Schuyler will restrict the use of tobacco and tobacco related products within agency property boundaries and in vehicles owned, operated or under control of the agency.
