Glen
Industries Employment Services offers both Supported Employment and
Direct Placement Services.
Supported Employment provides a “Job Coach” to assist an
employee with adjusting to the new work setting and initial training.
The Coach continues to support the employee on and off-site, to meet the
needs of the employer, for the duration of the employment as needed at
no cost to the employer. Direct Placement Services help people return to
the workforce who have a previous work history or college degree. These
are skilled employees who need some assistance with their job search or
resume development.
