Dinner marks 30 years of The Arc of SchuylerCourtesy of the Odessa File The Arc of Schuyler celebrated 30 years of service to the area Friday night with a dinner-dance at the Watkins Glen Community Center. More than 200 people attended, and were treated to a video presentation showing highlights of the Arc's 30 years in support of the developmentally disabled and their families. State Senator George Winner was on hand to read a New York State Legislature resolution commending the Arc for its service. Entertainment was by the band Flame, a Fulton County group made up of 11 people with developmental and physical disabilities. |
